Our trainings are similar to the training sessions of other matrial art styles.
We take great importance on learning of the basics and the well-managed training courses, which are based on the remained sources and more then 10 years' practice.

The courses are done according to the trainig book, written by us. In this book we summarised and set the knowledge we gathered during our studies in order. With the help of this book the students can learn in a standardized way.
Our Training Sessions
Our students can do exams to show their improvement. The possibility of the continuous learning is ensured by an 8 level exam and teaching system, which grants about 6-8 years curriculum for the beginners.
